Shipping Policy

At UK Office Zone, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered promptly and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below for details on order processing, delivery times, costs, and related terms.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International delivery is not available at this time.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorised your payment. We will then process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM BST), excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM BST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Processing Time: 0 – 1 business days from payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Transit Time: 1 – 4 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • No deliveries are made on weekends.
  • Total Delivery Time: 1 – 5 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are free for all orders within mainland UK, with no minimum purchase. Shop with peace of mind, with no additional delivery charges.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package in real time.

Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. UK Office Zone is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping fees). A new order will need to be placed.
