1. Introduction & Definitions

Welcome to UK Office Zone. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ukofficezone.com and any transactions made through our website or directly with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not proceed with a purchase.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by DOH Consulting Limited t/a UK Office Zone.
Orders are considered binding once confirmed via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made in full before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved business accounts.
Prices may be subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Delivery & Risk

We provide delivery on all products within the UK in 1–5 working days. Estimated delivery times are not legally binding but provided in good faith.

Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery, but ownership remains with DOH Consulting Limited t/a UK Office Zone until payment is received in full.

5. Returns & Refunds

We aim to provide the highest quality office furniture, backed by a clear and fair returns policy. Please read the following carefully, as most of our products are made-to-order and exempt from standard consumer return rights.

  • Unwanted standard stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
  • All returns must be pre-authorised in writing. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Products that are made-to-order, customised, or supplier-direct are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances unless confirmed to be damaged or faulty upon delivery.
  • Deliveries must be inspected upon receipt. Any transit damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs and relevant information. If accepted, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

6. Warranty & Product Guarantees

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 12 months to 10 years.
Warranty claims must be reported promptly, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange repairs or replacements.
Exclusions: Wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications are not covered under warranty.

7. Cancellations & Order Amendments

We understand that requirements can change, but due to the nature of our supply chain and custom manufacturing processes, cancellations and amendments are subject to the following terms:

  • Orders for standard stock items may be cancelled prior to dispatch, provided a written request is submitted and approved.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once items have been dispatched. At that point, the standard returns process will apply.
  • Orders for custom, made-to-order, or configured products are non-cancellable and non-amendable once order confirmation has been issued or production has begun.

DOH Consulting Limited t/a UK Office Zone reserves the right to request a reason for cancellation and to assess eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

8. Product Colours, Finishes & Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions, colours, fabrics, and finishes may appear differently on screen due to monitor variations.
Need to check fabric or finish options? We offer a free sample service — get in touch to request samples before placing your order.
DOH Consulting Limited t/a UK Office Zone will not be liable for items ordered in the wrong colour due to reliance on digital imagery.

9. Liability Disclaimer

DOH Consulting Limited t/a UK Office Zone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
We ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate but do not guarantee they are error-free.
Customers are responsible for checking dimensions, materials, and suitability before purchasing.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Price Matching

Promotional offers, discount codes, and sales events are subject to terms and conditions.
Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Price matching may be available on selected products, subject to verification and approval.
