Return & Refund Policy

At UK Office Zone (DOH Consulting Limited t/a UK Office Zone), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to make returns clear, fair, and straightforward.

1. Cancelling an Order (Before Dispatch)

If you need to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. We will confirm cancellation and issue a full refund where possible.
Once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, the order can be returned under the terms below.

2. 30-Day Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • Customised, made-to-order, or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • The return is arranged by the customer at their own expense, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

No restocking fees apply.

3. Returning Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order on delivery. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. Photographic evidence may be requested.
We will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Collection and full refund
  • Repair or partial refund, depending on the product and supplier warranty

4. How to Request a Return

To arrange a return, please contact us with your order number, contact details, and a brief explanation of the return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
